VAT is not applicable due to the simplified tax regime (regime fiscale agevolato). The rental price includes: fiber-optic Wi-Fi, electricity, utilities and services, use of the parking area, photocopier and printer access, and a magnetic key card for autonomous access during the hours specified in the contract.
Desk Rental Contracts (for a minimum of one week) include the use of the meeting room for a maximum of 2 hours in total (subject to room availability).
Business Area Rental Contracts include the costs for electricity, heating/air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Cleaning services are not included.
Rental payment must be made at the time of signing the contract (this condition is flexible based on the specific timelines determined by the agreement).
